Nice little place tuckef away in a strip mall. Upon entering assailed by wonderful smells. Started with a fried shrimp appetizer, sweet spicey sauce for dipping. Shrimp perfectly fried, hot and crispy. Had the Panang Curry with beef and steamed rice for my main. Rice perfect; hot and moist, not sticky. Curry was just spicey enough (medium) to get your attention. Lots of peppers and beef, portion size left me pleasantly sated. Great foid Pad Thai; keep it up !!!
I love this place and come here at least once a week for the chicken pad Thai. I could eat here every day. Plus the portions are huge and make for some tasty leftovers.
Fantastic Thai food! Service has room for improvement.. I finished an awesome dinner here ten minutes ago, and am still waiting for a check. The dinner rush started right after I came in and I’m just a single. All the other tables are 4-6 or more.Food was awesome. I love hot food, and they don’t kid around. It was as delicious as it was combustible! They forgot silverware though, and I don’t mean they have chopsticks by default. I mean I ate my pad Thai with the spoon from the Tom yum. 🙁 I think I got lost amid the larger tables. Not what I expected from last time I was here when service was awesome.I will probably come back, because the food is that good, but I wish I got the same attention that other tables got. This dinner was not up to my expectations from having come here half a dozen times before.20 minutes now and I’ve got a take-home box, but still no check……. At least the atmosphere is nice.
Disappointed. Based on the ratings, I thought I was going to get a quality Thai dish. The Pad Thai (also the name of the restaurant) smelled and tasted like fish and I got the chicken. The Panang was ok but I was totally turned off by the Pad Thai. The rice was also on the lower side of quality.
Delish!. Went for lunch and ordered……The Pad Thai-Medium. Was excellent. Have been looking for authentic Thai in KC area and found it. Will definitely be going again.
Best Thai food in Kansas City. I have been trying to find a good Thai restaurant in KC. After several massive fails I was super excited to find Pad Thai!!!! It is great food, awesome restaurant, very friendly staff! Definitely the best in KC!
Best Pad Thai Ever!. Thought I had eaten great Pad Thai, then I came here. Now I come at least once a week, usually more, and its my go to place when visitors come to town!
