Bowling Confusion. Family group of 8 checked in and paid for 2 games each. However due to an error at the front desk the automatic scoring system kept interrupting and stopping our game so we could neither achieve our two games nor have use of the lanes for the two hour limit. The manager did adjust our fee but the experience was not enjoyable given the frequent delays in flow of our games.
I came her with out of town family and we really enjoyed it. We got there too late to try the Sunday brunch but look forward to trying it. My husband got the prosciutto fig flat bread which was amazing! I got the prosciutto sandwich and enjoyed that as well. My mother in law got the Ahi tuna salad and she said it was the best salad. Service wasn’t too bad. We found our server to be very friendly. Our 14 month old daughter approved the food as well. Though the kids menu is expensive ($8.99), they get breadsticks, main dish, drink and dessert. We didn’t try bowling or bocce ball but will some other time. We will be back again!!
We reserved a lane for bocce ball and the server put us on a lane that had not been cleared of previous customers or dirty glasses. In the process of us trying to start the game our drinks were taken away while the server cleared the previous users glasses. We were not given new drinks and were kicked off promptly one hour later even though it took fifteen of our minutes to get our table cleared. Awful service.
