When you walk in at the counter you can see some of the food they’ve prepared. One look at the sausage and I knew what I was ordering. I got a sausage topped with brisket and their sauce. It was very good and the fries were good and crunchy, although they give you more than one person should eat.
Really good BBQ. Nice sized portions of really good BBQ. The ribs and hot links are both excellent as well as the brisket.
Absolutely fantastic. Great smoked meat smell when you walk in that can only come from good wood. Had the chopped brisket, burnt ends, chopped pork and half chicken between us. All great. Baked beans are awesome, fianc says potatoe salad is the best.
I read the reviews before eating here, and all I can say is yummy! My family shared the brisket, pulled pork, pulled beef and we all enjoyed it. The baked beans are hickory flavored and delicious. I would recommend this place.
Family style BBQ. It was a Thursday evening. The place was packed. The smell driving into the parking lot was heaven. The slab was second to none in size, moistness and smokiness. Perfect without any sauce(the true test). I had read the onion rings were very good and we were not disappointed. The beans are a must!

So bad, I threw my plate of food in the trash. That was the poorest excuse for BBQ—-the meat was absolute MUSH! Burnt ends???? burnt mush. GROSS. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER eat there again. You need a brain transplant if you think this is what BBQ is. Shut this place down and quit embarrassing Salina.
