  Sincerely disappointed and now, angry. I just spent $60 on food from the Imperial Garden on Crawford St. in Salina,KS. It was truly awful……One of my sons got up and said he could not eat it and the rest of us left more than half on each of our plates. —- I was disappointed because 1. I am feeding my family this food2. I have eaten there for some time and recently have started eating inside and was so impressed because of the quality of food,cleanliness and service…..so much so that I have made it a point to recommend this to people that I know or visit with…………………3. I am single, on Social Security and I grimace at the thought of throwing $50 worth of food in the garbage.4. I called directly back to the restaurant and ,although the person I spoke with was very amicable — he took my name and told me next time to mention it and they would see that my sauces were as I instructed. —Well, you know, that’s not good enough when I got dry lo mein with no sauce whatsoever, chicken so tough that it was hard and stringy ,etc. This is where I get very angry and so I will quit. Just allow me to mention that you would have been ahead to send me my money back with a nice apology (I understand that any place can have a bad day) that receive feedback on your public relations.   Very good food. I visit up there quite often and the people I visit get this place fairly regularly. I’ve eaten the take out several times – always very good. I usually get the sweet / sour chicken (sauce on side) – always hot and good even in winter conditions. Their fried rice is always good. Bottom line – great take out (only because I’ve never eaten there)
