I was excited to find out there was a second location. After all, the original Lulu’s is amazing. Unfortunately, this location was disappointing. We ordered our go to and it was both flavorless and not as spicy as normal. The service was also terrible. I’m hoping it was an off night, but overall not great tonight.
I won’t claim to be an expert on this cuisine. I probably should have asked more questions before ordering. I got the Lulu Bowl which was OK I guess, but it sure could have had a lot more chicken in it. I did try some Taro ice cream for dessert which I did like. The staff was attentive even though they seemed to be potentially short staffed.
Good food, but they’ve messed up my order a couple of times during lunch hours. It’s more of a mild annoyance than anything severe; it won’t stop me from eating there and having their delicious bubble teas. I still think I prefer the Crossroads location, though. wannabgourmande.com
