Im done with this place. No lids for the drink cups was the final straw!The food is pretty good BUT its grossly overpriced and they make you get a drink (active military excluded, they DO NOT have to get a drink and their cost is also lower) and then they cant even provided a freakin lid to get a to go drink (which I feel I’m entitled to since I have to buy it. I spoke with the owner and his excuse was that people would take 5 lids?! WTF?! Why in the heck don’t you give people a lid when you give them their cup Einstein!
Thin sliced pork,moist shredded pork,ribs,spicy bbq beans(all my favs) best bbq buffet in town only open for lunch if you snooze you lose. Go try it they wobt dissapoint you.
Very good. I was a bit apprehensive when I saw it was an all you can eat buffet, as let’s face it all you can eat buffets are generally not known for quality, and there is just so much bad ‘cue out there fate does not need to be tempted. However the limited hours as well as all the good reviews sent me there. It was good, and a solid value. Place was packed, and as some reviewers have said the line can move slowly. I liked the garlic cole slaw, and the potato salad was good. Good selection of meats, they had chicken, pork tenderloin, pulled pork, brisket, ribs and sausage, and were constantly replenishing the supply of everything. They also had a salad bar, but a salad at a BBQ place…really?If you can make it during the hours, go, it’s a solid value and a great way to make a meat combo of exactly what you want.
Another last meal. I would stop by here is I had a last meal choice in Wichita. Maybe that is a bit over the top, but it’s true. I know a good slab of rib when I eat one, and B & C cooks up fine ribs. All the other stuff is good, too
Best BBQ in Wichita. BEware of their hours, they are short but worth finding time to go!For a buffet, i was very pleasantly surprised that it was amazing! a little odd that they have loaves of bread [bags] in a box at the beginning of the line, but its delicious so worth it. Garlic Slaw was a bit strange but the rest is great! Juicy meats and 2 can eat for right at $20
Absolutely the best BBQ in town. Never disappointed, always consistently great. Cannot beat the ribs, brisket, or pulled pork. Garlic coleslaw is the only coleslaw I’ve ever eaten that I like. Love the spicy beans. I try to eat at B&C every week, people are very pleasant and courteous. KC BBQ has nothing on this establishment.
