My husband and I have been ordering a lot of bbq lately. Bite Me BBQ is overall good. We enjoyed their sandwiches and the prices are good. I particularly liked their chopped brisket sandwich. If you want pulled pork though there are far better sandwiches elsewhere. Their BBQ sauce was tasty!
Their food and customer service is amazing. Out of the five people including two very picky kids, both demolished their food and asked for more.
First Time Diner. I had the three meat dinner and a single rib. The rib was great, very large with lots of meat. Good rub on it. My dinner meat choices included the smoked turkey, sliced brisket and the pulled pork. All three were very good, and I chose the baked beans and the pasta salad for my sides. The beans were sweet and thick, with a piece of meat in it. The pasta salad had a tasty, creamy flavor to it. My wife opted for the smoked turkey dinner with green beans and a side salad as her two sides. Salad was fairly standard, but the croutons were soft and tasted like they had been fried, which tasted better than it sounds. Green beans had bits of bacon. We did not have the service issues that others have complained about, in fact, the owner came by the table to ask how everything was. It was very good, and we will be back!
Poor Service. The poor service started with the hostess and continued with the rest of the staff. We received incomplete meals. Half our meal was burned(potatoes). Won’t be back. If they go under it will be because of the attitude and the service!!

The owner needs a HUGE lesson in customer courtesy. Ate dinner there last night, and it took forever (30 minutes plus after ordering) for the food to arrive. At least two tables who came in after us got their food well before us. When we asked to speak to the manager, the owner came over and in an extremely confrontational manner basically told us to either shut up or leave. No apology, no sense of responsibility. Too bad, because when the food did arrive it was outstanding. But that in no way offsets the owner’s attitude toward her customers. Never again.
