Forever everyone kept telling me to try Cafe Maurice. I went and dined a week ago. The facilities were clean, the service was great, our meal came out pretty quickly. The food was great, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t think the price was worth all the hype.
The Hummus was delicious as well as the grape leaf rolls we had for an appetizer. The Chicken and Beef Kabobs were beyond spectacular. Earlene had their Gyro which was delicious as well. A great stop for a wonderful lunch!

First of all I walked in and asked for a menu because I wanted to sit outside and she rudely gave me one and didn’t say anything. She was rude when asking for our drinks like she didn’t want to help us. The owner and his family came outside to eat and moved our umbrella shading us to shade her, his wife was acting like she owned the place. The plants were really nice outside and the food was good but what’s good food and plants with crappy service???
Visited on Saturday afternoon as a couple for late lunch (2ish). Service was mediocre from the outset but food was worth it. Scared to imagine service during busy periods though. For a starter we had the hummus which was great, a large portion with plenty of chips and pita (good for 4 I’d say). We both had the chicken kebab wrap which was good, though I had mine with the excellent lentil soup. We finished with the delicious surprise complimentary tiramisu which though small was worth the visit alone. Would visit again for sure, but would still avoid busy periods
