One of my favorite Sushi restaurants in town. They have a wide variety of different sushi to try from. Be sure to make a reservation as the place is pretty small and seating is limited. Worth the drive way out west every now and then for someone looking for a different sushi option other than Sumo, Wasabi, etc. wichitabyeb.com
A friend had gone to a party that was catered by Kanai’s chef. After raving about the sushi for at least a couple weeks, she took me to the restaurant so I could try it for myself. AMAZING! Seriously the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life! The plating was beautiful, the flavor blew me away. I fully understand why she had been so excited about it. Now I’m just as excited about getting my husband there. I have a new favorite place to eat!
