Love the Club!. I love the atmosphere of the club for many reasons – its a great business lunch spot (upscale, quiet, good for conversation), the dinner specials are top notch, and the latenight / weekend atmosphere is fun.I always ask for a run-down of the specials because if you use your membership quite a bit, the standard menu seems routine. The food is all great, however, so this is only a reflection of how often we eat there!
Customer Service?. I have never, in my entire life, had worse service. We are cancelling our membership to this club. Biggest night of the year for us Shocks, and our service was pathetic. I didn’t expect to have the best service, because the staff was watching the game, as well. But when the staff (yes STAFF) calls you a f*****g PIG, I absolutely cannot stand for that. I’ve never, in all my life, had staff treat me so terribly. I’m sick to my stomach, and honestly, my feelings are hurt. Who wouldn’t be hurt by that? It blows my mind that someone would say something so hurtful to a patron, who not only paid for drinks and food, but pays for a membership (that will be canceled ASAP), I don’t expect some drunken fool who works there to call me that. Sickening. Also, food is subpar. Boo.
