AWESOME (GF). My family and I went for my birthday on a Thursday night and I am GF. The GF dinner was delicious and the service was fast. Started with the sweet potato chips and aioli then the T. Chicken GF Crepe Dinner with Quinoa and ended with the banana nutella crepe for dessert. I have to say, everything was yummy AND the dessert was THE BEST! The sweet potato chips appetizer was priced too expensive and I would have the dessert priced at $5 but after not being able to have a crepe in 12 years…this was a dream come true! Waitstaff was also courteous and the small, quaint cafe was clean and bright. CONTENT and can’t wait to go back!
Good food and service. We went here for the first time this afternoon with our 2 young kids and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly, chef came out to see how we enjoyed our food. Food was freshly prepared from locally bought fresh ingredients, the lady I talked with said its not all organic but that they use as much organic ingredients as they can. I do wish the menu had a bit more selection, I am not vegan or vegetarian but they do have very good food and very friendly service. The price wasnt too bad for a pretty healthy and fresh meal. We plan to go back again.
Yum!. We went here with 6 adults and 4 small kids and they were very friendly to us, even though it’s a tiny place. They had a table in the back they let us use. The service was wonderful, and the food was wonderful. The prices were what I expect from a local restaurant that buys local when possible and serves food that’s fresh and healthy. I will definitely go back! I recommend this, but I would say it’s not necessarily for large-ish groups. Also, they were very accommodating for our kids, but it’s a pretty small place so if you have rambunctious little ones you should save this one for a date night. 🙂
Contrary to what others have said, the service was alright. It’s small and very quaint, not a whole lot going on. The food was mediocre at best. Vegetarian friendly, but not a whole lot of flavors going on. A hint of something that made you want something more. It’s respectable in that it’s one of the only gluten free / vegan places to eat in the city.

I had a great experience hear. Everything was very fresh and tasted like it had minimal processing. For example the watermelon lemonade was wonderful and not overly sweet. Some complained that the portions were too small. I thought they were very adequate for a place that wants to project a healthy vibe. There aren’t many places in wichita that you can get quinoa taboullie for a side dish. My wife had the black bean burger. It was delicious. I can’t wait to to go back.
