Chain restaurant riding on good PR. Food is OK but expensive for what you get. Thank goodness we ordered 2 appetizers for a party of 5, otherwise, we would have left hungry. You see one of these restaurants in most cities you go to. They must be doing something right. Crowd here may not be as big as when it first opened though.
Once you find a favourite…. Our favourite server here is Damian. He is awesome. He’s handled large parties for us and done so with grace and elegance. He is attentive but not excessively so and makes sure we’re happy. The food is reliably good, we’ve tried our way around the menu and generally liked everything. 🙂
Nice place. I have taken several folks to P F Chang’s and generally had a very nice time. My own personal favorite is the General Tso’s shrimp. The wife loves the hot and sour soup and the lemon chicken. One of her friends always wants to go here when we take her out for her birthday. She has tried many of the different dishes and never found anyhting she did not enjoy. Not without some problems. We took the Granddaughters one time for a treat and a waiter tripped and spilled a tray of food on the kids. The manager comped the meal and gave us coupons for several free meals more as well as paying for the kids clothing. I realize he was trying to avoid litigation, but he actually looked disturbed that it happened at all. I appreciated the extra effort on his part.
Very good. We’ve eaten here many times and went again Saturday night. The lettuce wraps are always a hit and we have yet to have a negative exprience. Their Kung Pao chicken is great! My girlfriend loves the Mongolian beef. The service has always been fantastic, so we’ll continue to goto Changs.
One of my favorites. If you are one of those people that hate on P.F. Chang’s because it isn’t authentic Chinese food, you are probably either extremely pretentious, or just like hearing the sound of your own voice. The food is outstanding, the service is outstanding, and if you are willing to part with $50+ for a couple, you will have one of the best meals you can ask for. It is what it is, and I have never gotten the impression they are trying to mimic authenticity.

Worst Chinese in Wichita. You’ve got to be kidding, this restaurant is terrible. Everything seems so processed and the hot and sour soup is the worst I have ever had. Lettuce wraps??? Please they don’t even use iceburg lettuce in China. I know because I have toured there.Get a grip Wichita this is not Chinese food.
