Great breakfast. We frequented the 13th street cafe on Sunday morning. it was very busy we got seated promptly and our food came to us timely. i had the hungry kid. the sausage link, patty and bacon was some of the best i have had at a restaurant. The pancakes were good as well. my son had the slop. it was more than he could it. it would stick with the hungry items.

Highly overratedThe main thing that this restaurant has going for it, is the location.The food is mediocre and so is the service.We live very close to the riverside caf, but don’t eat there any more. It is food from a can or frozen, but clearly not fresh.If you want to enjoy a meal in Riverside, go to a better restaurant and get food to go and then bring a blanket and have a picnic!
13th St location is best. This is my everyday breakfast favorite! Great people: Jackie, Pam, and friendly cashiers: Sandy, Asher, and Casanova have been like close friends for the last couple years I’ve been stuck in Wichita. Riverside has excellent everyday bkfst specials that give you just the right amount of food at a great price. Breakfast eats are my favorite. The coffee is good and fortunately pours in abundance. Remarkably Riverside’s other locations quickly prompt my return to see Jackie and Pam and other favorite waitstaff at the location on 13th, IMO staff at the Riverside on 13th are the very best! Keep it like it is, I love it!
As long as they have hot links on breakfast menu I will be there they split them lenghthwise and get a good brown on them just the right heat too the location in Derby has a terrible paint color interior kind of dreary still like 13th sr location the best kinda a dive aspiring to be a diner
Fair. I went to the cafe for a early lunch at the Pawnee and Meridian location. It took a while to get a waitress to take my order and to deliver the food. It took to long for a simple hamburger. I ordered a 1/4 lb hamburger with the chips. I was charged for a 1/2 burger. It came out as a cheese burger with fries. It tasted OK. It wasn’t real hot when I got it. Prices are OK, jusdt the service and correct orders need to be worked on.
AWSOME and ENTERTAINING. Omg riverside cafe is da best killer food and good hearted severs comfortable seats happy place our son never raves over food like he did there he had a pancake bacon and eggs he ate so fast i thought he was nuts lol we now have a new place to go to at least once a week!!! fun place and da food is awsome!!!
