I had a pretty bad experience at Sabor’s. The waitress forgot our appetizer, and it seemed like she was high or something. It was pretty obvious she was not in the right mind, and I thought it was funny. Our Food came out very late as well, which is understandable if the restaurant was packed. In our case it wasn’t. It was perhaps maybe 10-12 people total, and it took close to 40-50 minutes for our entries to come out. When entries did come out, my meal was pretty gross. I ordered the Beef Picadillo, and holy cow, it didn’t taste like any Beef Picadillo I’ve ever eaten. I’m not a very picky person at all, and I’m quite grateful for any food I have to eat. However, when an expensive dish like the one I got makes me want to throw up, it makes me question why I was going to pay high price for something so mediocre. It made me question if the main chef had cooked this meal up, or if the chefs had even tasted the food before plating it.They were able to replace my dish with another one, thank god, because I don’t think I could have finished the dish.Anyways, I’m thankful for the food, but I will not be returning anytime soon to Sabor’s. It was a bad experience, and I couldn’t recommend this to any of my friends in the future.

Service (bad) beats food…. Although the food was good, the service in the morning hours were aggravating to say the least at the Centennial Sabor location. Four times, my order was wrong and this is after repeating my order several times. During one visit, I must have repeated my order ten times over between the front order cook and the female cashier to get two breakfast burritos; and then they had to redo my order. For some reason at this location, they have people who hardly understand English taking and cooking the orders in the wee morning hours prior to 9:00. It doesn’t matter what the food tastes like or if the prices are reasonable; if on multiple times the service is bad … I’m just not going back.Sincerely Aggravated…
Nice, but Expensive. Stopped for a quick lunch. The food was good. The price was a little on the high side for what you got. The staff didn’t go out of their way to help with much of anything. OK, but kind of aloof. This was after the lunch rush, so I would have expected a little more attention to detail. They all seemed distracted.I would recommend it, with the warning that the cost might be a bit high.
Great little place for drinks and good food!. We love the drinks, the plantanutres and the ensalada de case (house salad) with grilled salmon!

Totally great! I was most impressed with the popousas, but the Mac and cheese is also pretty amazing. Great service too, I would happily go back here
