I stopped by Mi Casa while in the Corbin area on business. I wasnt disappointed. I wasnt thrilled either. The dining area was bright, well maintained, and very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. My drink never went below half full and the chips and salsa were never empty.The food was typical food found in a Mexican restaurant in Kentucky. Every combination of tortilla, rice, beans, beef, chicken, pork, and shrimp was on the menu. The quality of the food was on par, the portions generous. I had a chicken chimichanga, which was good. You cant really dress up a chimichanga much, but you cant really screw it up either. Where they did excel was their guacamole, which was better than expected.I will be in the area often for the foreseeable future, and I will be back. Probably wont stop in every time Im in town, but I will return.
