We had excellent steaks, potatoes and salads at BJs today. Service was excellent. I added it to my favorites collection, so if I get back to this area I can remember to try them again.
Would not go back if you paid me, took 45 minutes to get a fish platter. They blamed the waitress because she was new and two large parties where that night, I blame them for not training well and having an atmosphere that she didn’t feel comfortable asking for help if she was unsure of herself.
Best Steak in Bardstown. For better or worse, this is the best steakhouse left in Bardstown. They can be wildly uneven in quality and service, but every once in a while, the steak is just heaven. It makes up for the times that it is just so-so. The ranch dressing is homemade and it is green, so at least that is a topic of conversation for your table while you wait for the waitress to return.
We ate at BJ’s Steakhouse(formerly bar and grill) earlier this week. The steak was excellent. The portions were great too,but the service was slow. Our server didn’t know the drink prices so she went to ask and came back about 20 minutes later(they werent crowded). She refilled our drinks once and didn’t know the specials.
Dissatisfied. I have ate at BJ’s a lot, tonite the service was slow (they were not crowded) the food was cold even the steak. waited on coffee for over ten minutes and this was before our food arrived. It will be a long time before I eat there again.
Food was good. Service was slow and they were not crowded. Need more lighting in parking lot.
