  Bad management tonight. Called tonight for delivery, said they couldn’t at my location, (though they have before) and before I could place my order for pick up, I was hung up on. When I called back, I was passed to a manager who was very rude and told me to stop calling, I then told her I was about to place a pick up order, but because of her I would be taking my business elsewhere. very bad guest service.

  Good Sammiches I’ll Never Have Again. My ‘local’ Jimmy Johns is so ‘local’, it’s just 1.7 miles away (via Google Maps).I like a couple of their sandwiches, and as a former restaurant worker myself, I always tip well.So it grieved me pretty highly when I called them to have them run me over a sandwich one night, to have the idiot on the other end of the phone relate to me the ‘fact’ that, because I’m TECHNICALLY in the ‘county’ area (‘technically’, by about 8 feet), and so, not their ‘citywide delivery’ area, they couldn’t, and wouldn’t, deliver me any food.I tried to explain to the guy that ‘hey, I’ve delivered pizza before’, that I ‘understood’ about delivery areas (the ‘delivery area’ for Mr. Gatti’s, when I worked there, was ridiculously large, like 25 miles), and wouldn’t put anybody out…plus, I tip well (I’d tip an additional $4 for a $6 meal here)…He wouldn’t have any of it–fairly blunt, pretty rude, but mostly, just as stubbornly-dumb as they come–and of course, he was ‘also the manager’.My last wasted breath was calling the idiotic jerkoff back to describe to him that I’d Googled it, and the 1.7 directions were TWO TURNS outside their parking lot–and he still wouldn’t budge. When I tried to meet them at the Morgantown Road Walmart (making it WELL WITHIN their service area, and ONLY 1.5 miles away from their store), this guy acted like a sore loser, and hung up on me–EVEN THOUGH I WAS PRE-PAYING.I’ve been behind drivers from THIS STORE for well over 5 miles in cross-town traffic, and this still never ceases to serve as a stunning lesson on ‘some people’.I’ve never really missed their stuff, and now the only thing I’ll say about them is basically, this: THEIR ATTITUDE IS A SHINING EXAMPLE OF JUST PLAIN, DUMB, STUPID, AWFUL; I’ll never order from them again, and frankly, I wouldn’t piss on the store to help put it out if I ever saw it burning down–their attitude was just that bad.This also makes my take on their dumb TV ads just ‘the worst’.

  The food is good, the service is terrible. Ive never met ruder employees. Used to deliver but when I called last week they said I was outside area ( im In the city limits). Very disappointed, wont be going back.

  Delicious Sandwiches & Super Fast Delivery. Very good sandwiches. I timed the last time I had them deliver; nine minutes later my food had arrived. I can’t drive there in nine minutes. Impressive. A bit of a line can form during lunch hours but it too moves fast and by the time you finish paying, your sandwich is ready. They are a bit short on seating at lunch time. Overall, great sandwich, good price and good service.

  Best sandwich place in Bowling Green! The staff is super friendly and easily the fastest service of any restaurant. Your sandwich is usually made by the time you finish paying! #12 is where it’s at!
