Well after a sabbatical from Buffalo Wings and Rings due to constant horrible service, my family and I decided to give it one more try. We placed an online order at 5:16pm on 8/11/18. Upon placing and paying for the order online I received a notification that the order would be ready at 5:39pm. My husband promptly went to pick up the order. With him, he also had a message from a manager from our last visit comping us 2 meals since that visit was so horrible (extremely long wait to sit with tons of open tables, long wait for foos, rude waiter etc). My husband presented the facebook message I received from the manager on duty on our last visit to the manager when he arrived to pick up our to go order. The manager on duty said she could not honor the comped meals. My husband the proceeded to wait over an hour past the 5:39pm pick time for our order. Upon finally arriving home with our order, we discovered all of our food was not there. My husband called the manager. Her only reply was sorry you can come back to get it and well give you a coupon. A coupon??? This is our fifth visit to this location and literally every single visit has been horrendous. The first couple of times we thought it was because of the newness. Now it is clear that horrible service is entrenched in this restaurant.

Great place… very good wings, and a decent beer selection. Wait staff can be hit or miss… Brandy is awesome, and Kelly behind the bar is as well… a bit sassy but funny.
The people were very friendly when I came into the restaurant. The server was very attentive and super friendly. The food is awesome there, I am never disappointed when I go in there
I’ve heard some friends have had issues with the wait times for food/drinks, but I have not experienced these at all. Great place and great food!
The food here is always great, but every time we have been here, the service was not. Even going during low-traffic hours, it takes forever to get a server and get our food. The food is good, so if you’re not in a hurry, go for it. Try the swine chips. They’re great
We have been there several times to eat and every time has been great would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a great meal and service
