Not Going Back. Placed an order at the drive-thru. Got home and breadsticks were missing. Called the mgr, she said she’d send a coupon for free ones. Got it after waiting a month and it expired in 2 weeks. Really?? Not going back.
Food always consistent but they no longer pass out breadsticks like all other Fazolis. The drive thru is wayyyyy too slow so I don’t recommend using drive thru. They forget to turn on their microphones so you end up sitting there burning up your expensive gas far too long. Management needs to be more attentive to these problems.

It is ashame they don’t pass out bread sticks anymore . But it is consistent food !
Quick Italian. If you want quick, decent Italian.. then eat here. Anything truly authentic.. I’d go else where. What happened to the staff passing out the breadsticks??
