The Best Hibachi in the Louisville area. My family and I relocated to Louisville 2 years ago. The are we moved from had a benihannas which is very hard to compete with. We have tried almost all of the hibachi restaurants in the are and this one by far is the BEST!!! Great service, great hibachi and great sushi. We drive 40 minutes just to visit Ginza. Its a must try in my opinion!!!
Amazing!! Not only was the food preparation entertaining to watch, the food was cooked perfectly! I brought my little sister up for her 16th birthday and she LOVED it!!! Can’t wait to bring my husband next weekend for his birthday!
I’ve eaten at Hibachis all over the country. Ginza is the best, hands down! It’s great to have it so close to home.
The best hibachi in town!. Absolutely LOVE this place! If I could eat out anywhere in town, it would be here. Love their food and the cooks are always in great moods. Never had a bad meal here. Have gone for lunch and dinner and food and service are always excellent.
Love it!. I live in Lexington and have been to all the Hibachi restaurants there. I’ve also been to all the ones in Bowling Green. Ginza is definitely the best hibachi we have ever had! The salad and soup was so good! I didn’t know they could make chicken broth that well! We were the only two at the grill, but we still had exceptional service. We had chicken, shrimp, and steak! Everything was great!!
Love everything about this place! It’s also my 10 yr old & 7 yr olds favorite local restaurant. We all agree Ginza is way better than Kansai.
Gettin’ the goods and gettin’ over on the good. New in the area and tried both, ginza and kansai. ginza wins due to he friendly staff and true traditional sushi atmosphere and food. i was highly disappointed with their competitor, kansai. if you want to showboat and flaunt your payroll winnings to your friends, kansai is the place to go. with kansai, you pay for the decor and flame. i had a really aloof server but cant blame it all on just her. all i can say is that vegetables are cheaper than meat…..sushi and sashimi were both sparse in portions. just goes to show that the traditional ways of treating people the way you would like to be treated will expand your client base and will keep em coming back for more! Ginza, thank you for stickin’ to the old ways instead of stickin’ it to your customers. -1 tuna and 1 salmon handroll togo.
