I understand it’s Friday night and they were busy but. We arrived at 800 pm and it’s 930 now and we still don’t have food. Our waiter told us he’d rather be anywhere but here. Poor customer service. Slow food service.
Not Happy. Have been to this Longhorn twice now. The first time my wife and I had the Porterhouse for 2 and the sampler dessert. Steak was good but cooked very uneven, just happened to work out for us as I’m on the pink to red side and my wife isn’t. so we split it up based on the amount of pink. Dessert didn’t show up until way late and then some components (ice cream for one) were missing. They took the dessert off the bill without our saying anything… one reason I was willing to go back.Second visit was for lunch today. Wife ordered a Flo’s Filet medium well, I ordered the Shaved Prime Rib sandwich. Wife’s steak was well done, not an ounce of pink. But she said it tasted great after scraping off the seasoning on top that was too salty. My sandwich was on par with something from Arby’s that costs half as much. The meat, what little there was of it, looked like it was days old, dry and warmed back up.Ironically my wife was actually happy with her overdone and over salted steak. I cannot say the same.

Sweet potatoe side dish was scorched and totallly overcooked. Whole lot of fat on my ribeye as well, I guess to make up for the weight.. Can’t recommend this place at all. I’ll go back to Texas Roadhouse any day for a real steak.
Mouth watering menu, great atmospher, quite busy do call ahead!! Price is a little much and you don’t get a break for combining a 7 oz filet with a lobster tail but to sum it up…… BACON!!!
