Hit or miss. Management staff always seems rude both to their customers and to their employees, while most of the employees (non-management) are polite and courteous. Pizza is always hit or miss. If you go when they’re busy, you will get fresher pizza but you have to wait in long lines and they are slow to replace the pizzas. If you go when they are slow, you don’t have the long buffet lines but the pizza is usually old. You can request pizzas but you have to wait and many times by the time you make it to the line the pizza you requested is already gone. They continue to raise prices and really isn’t worth what you pay for all the trouble. The game room is fun for the kids.
Although I think It’s Way Overpriced, Eoecially for parties, they have an excellent salad bar and jeep up with the guest requests pretty well. Our birthday host was horrible this time, had to constantly ask for EVERYTHING. Deeply Regretted paying $90+ for the party. Won’t EVER Fo that again.
Mediocre experience. This is always where my kids want to go for their birthday lunch out. Thankfully they’re all getting older and almost to get past the pizza and game room stage. The good points: the employees are usually quick to put out a requested pizza and the game room lady is a patient saint. Unfortunately the kitchen workers often look rather unkempt. It’s often difficult to find a clean table during lunch, the floors look dirty and the handles of the buffet serving utensils are usually greasy or sticky. I always feel like I need a shower after visiting!
Very clean. New. Can request pizzas. Game room new. No bumper cars like the one in Louisville, but the food is ten times better at this one.
