What this location certainly lacks is well-trained hosts & hostesses. Too often, they take too long getting customers seated, even when few diners are present. And, they will seat families with children in the bar area. Service, menu & food are all very good.
Much Better Than Before!. When they first opened, I was not impressed at all. But, in the last few years they have really improved. This is now one of our favorite places to go. Service is much better and the food is delicious!
Good, nothing fancy. On par food, on par service. It’s Ruby Tuesday, it’s everything I’d expect. Not a complaint, nothing to rave about.The biggest positive is that the manager really cares. He checks frequently on the tables and if you have a complaint, he handles it, with a quickness. One time I wasn’t even complaining, he just noticed I hadn’t received my drinks yet, and comped the salad bar for both my wife and I.
Good salad bar…. The food is good…. Not fancy. But I didnt expect that eating at a Ruby Tuesday. Salad bar has always been good as well. I didnt like being rushed… especially carrying along an infant.
Service is slow. And the waitresses are inattentive
This Ruby’s has poor service
A long time.. It has been 5 or 6 years since I have been to a Ruby Tuesday. After tonight’s visit, I remember why. Tasteless and generic at best. If I never go to another one, it will be too soon. Oh, the service was good.
