The freshness of the fish compared to its competitors is outstanding. If you’re looking for sushi only, Sam is an excellent chef and is there everyday and he will take any special requests you may have if you feel like being creative. Small place and ok atmosphere but food is great all around. Overall great place.
Great place. Sim is a great place to eat; the food is great and the prices are very reasonable as well. My only complaint would be the hours, ycan’t just pop in when you get a craving for it because they close right in the middle of the day which is inconvenient. But overall, good place.
Great sushi at a great price!. I have always loved Shin Yuki in Bowling Green and a couple of places in Louisville, but this place is right up there in quality. And cheap! $10 for a rainbow roll and spicy crab roll was a steal for this quality!
Favorite Resteraunt Ever!!!. Sim steak and sushi is amazing. The food is fresh and all fully prepared by the chef from scratch, be sure that eating here does not involve your meal being frozen or pre-made in any way. Even when it comes to the calamari, absolutely crisp and fresh. My new favorite resteraunt in a 3 state area. This place is the way to go, big portions, great value, unchallenged taste 🙂
Great Sushi in Elizabethtown. My wife and I like trying different sushi restaurants and Sim Sushi is very comparable to great places in Louisville. Great pricing as well. Looking forward to our next trip.
