I have yet to find anything on their menu that is worth eating or paying for. My husband eats here regularly. Today, I thought I would give ribs a try. What a joke. The meat is so hard to pull off bone. when it finally broke free only to go sailing across the room. This place sucks
Absolutely terrible experience. I came in only to wait 10 minutes to be greeted by our waitress who chatted up the table next to ours for a while before even taking our drink order. She finally makes her overweight body over to us and takes our drink order and takes another 5 minutes to bring them. She takes our food order and we ordered a chili and traditional wings. She took 22 minutes to bring them and the wings had all the sauce burnt onto them so they were completely dry. I told the manager and he apologized and he remade the wings and offered us a coupon that they already give out for free that will save us 2 dollars on something after purchasing 3 more entrees. I politely declined and left the restaurant after not being able to eat my meal until I got home. worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time of not ever.
Service is crap in bar area. Took forever for drink refills. The girl bartender sit at the bar and was taking to customer. Looked at her several times made eye contact but still stood there. Use to go all the time but last few times have been bad. Will make the longer drive to different one now.
Bartender. Was worst service ever..he paid more attention to his girlfriend and his coworkers that came in..i waited 32 min to be asked if i wanted a drink…worst ever!!!!
It took about 15 minuets before someone came over to seat me and my fianc. They certainly weren’t busy or that would’ve been understandable. Our waiter was kind but his service sucked. My fianc’s drink was empty the entire time we were eating and they filled it up as we were leaving.. All of the workers seemed entirely unhappy about being there. The man who seated us was rude as all get out because he actually had to work instead of sitting on his butt. Which is exactly what he was doing when we walked in. The entire place was very dirty and there was food all over the floor. Disgusting. My food was terrible sadly and was very bland. I would rate my overall experience a 1 out of 10.
Why Do I bother…. Went to Applebees as a quick dinner close to the house and it was awful. The restuarant seems run down and in need for some repairs. The carpet was dirty, the table wobbled and was sticky and it smelled sour. The waitress was actually great and tried to fix teh table with napkins, but that really isn’t her job. The manager should be looking at these issues when he or she first arrives. The food was typical Applebees boring and salty.
Didn’t like my wings they where burnt to a crisp, so much that it madey gums hurt and swell, decided to order dessert and my Blondie was warm, and not HOT, the ice cream didnt even melt…. Unhappy will not be goin back to this Applebees!
