New, young GM … in his job all of 2 weeks refused to reduce a portion which they have accommodated for me many times in the past due to a special dietary need. Be a long time before I come back here.May 15, 2015No BBQ place but do you really expect that????. Can’t say much for the ribs… they certainly aren’t what I call BBQ but to be fair the Applebee’s menu has really improved in the last 6 months. Not the same stuff you see on every other Bar and Grill menu. Some pretty tasty items.
Update: We recently ate here out of convenience, and the experience reminded us why we do not frequent this restaurant. Although the service was very friendly, the cuisine was bland, forgettable, uninspired and of poor quality. I have had consistently poor to average experiences at Applebee’s across KY, with many of the locations being dirty, the menu being too broad, and the quality of the food being suspect. Not our go-to for Americana cuisine.
