The best Cajun place in Kentucky, by far. Tammi’s thai peanut is a favorite that you cannot miss. The only problem is that there isn’t a Louisville location.
This is excellent Cajun food people. My favorite thing about this restaurant is how they give you the option of trying two dishes on one plate. Gives you a chance to try things you normally wouldn’t. Highly recommended. Parking isn’t the best doe. Always feed the meter!
Quirky, eclectic, unique, and delicious! Great place to eat, food is delicious (really wished I’d have gotten something to go), price is awesome, servings are generous, and the atmosphere is casual and funky. Anytime I happen to be in the neighborhood I will certainly make a stop!
Visited recently for lunch and had the red beans and sausage. The food was very good (and surprised to find so much sausage), and the gravy was delicious but wondered if I could make as good at home with a box of Zatarans. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A fun and funky little place and I Hope to return to try other items.
It’s almost puzzling how a restaurant can be so fantastic and also be dirt cheap. You can’t go wrong here: touffe, gumbo, chicken creole, red beans and andouille–it’s all fantastic. You can order a half order (less than $5) or full order, but either way you’re stuffed, happy, and in and out for less than $8.
Excellent little hole in the wall eatery!! It’s small and looks sketchy from the outside but that’s what makes it awesome! The food is always amazing and it’s a fun and different place to bring people for a quick bite.
The gumbo with rice is very good, excellent, so was the cookie. Everything here is made from scratch. Very eclectic.Fun atmosphere to be in very hip feelings and collegy and it is right by campus so that fits the mold.akd sure to try multiple things definitely New Orleans food for sure
