Just ordered Columbia Express for lunch today. They left my fries out. Upon calling and talking with Rick (the manger), he tells me that they can run the fries over to me or give me a small credit on my next order. I explained to him that I was at work, so bringing me the fries wasnt really going to work because my lunch was going to be over and I wouldnt be able to eat them and the whole credit thing wasnt really a good idea either because I didnt really live that close to their location, to which he rudely replies well, what do you want?. I told him since they basically ruined my lunch, that I though replacing my entire meal seemed fair. He said that he couldnt do that. I told him not to worry about it. If you arent willing to compensate a person for their inconvienence then good luck with your business lasting!

It’s a shame because they are giving the actual restaurant a bad name and they’ve been around this town for a long time. The last one we ordered (months ago and used to be a weekly customer) they sent a bun the was covered with mold. Reluctantly I started to order again and the order taker has the manners of a rat. They won’t get any more business from my family and I’ll be sure to spread the word to everyone I know.
