I love cheeseburgers! And I do like the cheeseburgers at Five Guys. Are they the best? Not necessarily, but they are certainly better than the fast food ones. I will go here if I am in the area and in the mood for this kind of burger. And they have a good selection of toppings that can all be added at no additional cost (I wish they had banana peppers as an option). And it is a pretty good deal/value. The only real negative is that it can be too cold inside at times.+ Decent burger+ Decent deal- Can be too cold inside in the winterTIP: The fry portions are huge. The two of us *split* the new smallest serving size. And see if you can taste test the Cajun seasoning option before you commit. We did not care much for it.
Good enough for Obama, good enough for me. Obama loves going to this place to satisfy his burger craving and boy is he right. This is by far the BEST burger in the world. Juicy, gooey, cheesey, and topped w/ all the fixins you want. If you don’t like 5 guys so get a white castle.
A fun burger spot with a great selection of toppings. Jessica is always a pleasure to chat with and dose a great job with our large to go orders.
I’ve thought about this review at length…. Unbelievably average, predictably expensive.
Gone downhill. This place has really gone downhill since they first opened. Went there recently and was so excited to take a friend who had never been; we both left unsatisfied. The burger was tasteless, the fries were just ok. So sad.
Meh. I’ve been here a handful of times and the experience is always the same. I get the single patty, standard lettuce and such toppings and it’s still a gigantic burger. Maybe it’s the sandwich but whenever I unwrap the foil it’s a soggy mess from the lettuce/mayo. The flavor is fine but honestly I think the .99 cent burger at Wendy’s is better. I do like the burger, don’t get me wrong but what I can’t stand is the fries. Every.single.time. The fries are SOGGY and covered in grease and downright vile. They literally dump a paper bag full of them and send you on your way. Out of that entire bag you might find one crispy fry. I don’t get it. I like that they offer peanuts but I find it annoying there is a sign telling you not to take them out of the restaurant. I’m a paying customer, I’ll take them if I please. The environment its self is very generic and almost sterile, simple red and white. I think I’ve given up on this place. Spend about $6 bucks on mediocre burger and nasty fries or go to Wendy’s, spend $2 and get a tasty, quality burger meal.
BEST burger I have ever ate! Not for calorie counters though!
