When we complained at checkout he stared blankly at us. and then took our money. NEVER AGAIN….#1 China Buffet for us. 🙁
Went there last night and have been there a few other times. Started off by being seated by someone who acted like he could care a less if we were there or not. The food was over cooked to the point that anything in a shell wouldn’t even come out of the shell. Tried everything there trying to find something that would satisfy my taste buds. In short this goes down as one of the worst meals I’ve had in the 49 yrs I’ve been on this earth. Waitress couldn’t even bring back a full glass of drink. Won’t be back
Always Busy.. Someone must like it…. It’s a buffet… It is what it is… Typical, decent, filled frequently during busy times. People try to empty the entire pan of crab legs on to their plate and you have to out maneuver them if you are going to get any.Large selection. Surely everyone can find SOMETHING they like!
Ive been here several times. I have been well satisfied with the offered selections. The best time to go I feel is between 5:30p -7p. Fresh dinner items come out frequently then.
Will never go back. I went there for my first time last week. The food has no taste. Sushi is the best part. Server is the worst. I felt like I wanted to take the tip I placed on the table back.

C’mon people, it’s a buffet…… No this place isn’t Panda on Nicholasville, and it doesn’t pretend to be. It’s a buffet…..and for $12.50, you get a decent selection of everything, including peel and eat shrimp, crab legs, and crawfish (when they’re in season) – other places I’ve been to charge you for the crab legs separately. They have their usual standard fare of Americanized ‘Chinese’ food, and yes, some days are better than others, but for the most part, it’s pretty much a solid place to go where you can pig out if you want to. If you can’t find something there to eat, then I’d suggest that you stay home – you should know what to expect before you walk through the door. I catch myself laughing at people who treat this place like they’re at some high end restaurant, when in reality they’ve probably never been to one in their lifetime. As for the comments about the wait staff being ‘rude’ or ‘unfriendly’, I’ve never encountered this – if you treat someone the same way that you’d like to be treated (e.g. saying ‘please’, ‘thank you’ and making eye contact and smiling instead of having your face buried in a plate or on a cell phone – yes I’ve seen it happen here), you might be suprised at the service and smiles that you get back from them! Strange concept for some people to grasp, but it’s not rocket science.
