Horrible delivery service & RUDE staff on the phone. Our office ordered lunch from this restaurant & the man who took the order didn’t get it correct. The delivered one less meal than was ordered even though it was repeated back properly when ordering. They refused to bring missing meal to us stating that I would need to come and get it myself because they don’t deliver anything under $10–REALLY?? They overcharged one person by $3 for spring rolls that were ordered as a replacement for eggrolls (no extra charge for this) and they refused to refund the money to the card unless we drove the food that was charged back to them (um….gross!!) The man I dealt with was very rude and knows NOTHING about customer service. Everyone in our office is appalled and will not be ordering from them ever again. We have 70+ employees.
Maybe I just had bad luck with this place. Everybody is writing great reviews about it but my food was horrible. It had no flavor at all. If this is good Chinese food for this area then I’m not eating anywhere else.
From first look this place might not look like much but don’t overlook it. The food is great, the food comes out fast and hot and is not very pricey. And if you want Chinese but don’t feel like leaving home the delivery is great. Overall this place is great

Top-Notch Chinese Take Out. In my humble opinion, the premiere Chinese take-out in Lexington. The food is incredible – hot and spicy and fresh. It just always (Ive ordered more than five times) comes completely fresh and feels like they just made it. None of that weird chewy been-setting-out-too-long gel crap like other places. By far, the best is the mongolian beef and the lo-mein. I also really like the General Tsos (which is definitely the spiciest Ive had here in the city.) The delivery is lightning fast.The only bad thing I’ve had was the lemon chicken and the crab rangoon (kind of dry, tasteless). They serve you these average breaded strips with a separate sauce to pour. Didn’t really like either but everything else has been top-notch.
Good. It’s good. Not the best in the world, but for Lexington it’s good. I read the comments about rudeness. I don’t think anyone there is rude, but they are generally busy and try to get food out as quickly as possible. I think that comes across as rude sometimes, but they seem to be nice folk. Food is good. I usually get General Tso and my wife eats Sesame Chicken. Thumbs up on both.
Worst ever. Walked in the restaurant last weekend, was going to order however, the over powering smell of WET DOG was about to kill us. place was dirty and nasty!
