Jimmy johns on mapleleaf… you’re employees don’t know their own menu? Nobody wants just bread and ham. I was very dissapointed in the service I have gotten from this store.. now were enjoying quiznos.
My order took over an hour and a half just to get there and when I did get it the coke was watered down and the bread was old. I will never order from this Jimmy Johns again.
Won’t go back. I once loved this location and JJ’s but I’ve had two bad experiences in row with them. First their web site indicated they open at 10:30am but when I drove through one day slightly before 11am no one was there to ask for my order. I waited and waited and as I drove through, the person that should have been taking orders (with the headset on) and another employee were hanging outside the back door taking a smoking break. So I thought maybe they didn’t open 11, but their web site indicates opening at 10:30am – but I’ll give them a 2nd chance. Today, I went by later than 11am, received what I thought was a really good sandwich until I bit into it and there was a hair.. UGH…. there goes that sandwich!! So much for this location and JJ’s. BTW, I asked today what their hours were and they said 10:30am to 11pm… but that’s only if they want to work and aren’t outside with buddies and their headsets. You’re taking your chances with this location.
SUPERDELICIOUSOUNESS….is that a word?. Their sandsiches and subs are simply to die for. I’ve had them all and I love them all. It’s hard for me to decide what to get when I go. Tuna Roast Beef Cold Cuts Turkey Ham Salami, I just can’t decide.

I love Jimmy John’s but not this location. On several occasions I have gotten sandwiches made with old crunchy bread, not the fresh bread they are known for. They rarely get your order specifications right, too. After giving it several chances, I am done going to this location.
