Nasty. I ordered the potato soup and I got a spoon that had an old piece of brownie stuck to it! It had teeth marks in the petrified brownie goo! It was already in my soup. The manager came over and was looking all over the table like we had put it there. I will never go back!
Loved it! Awesome food, AMAZING drinks, staff was awesome, loved the atmosphere! Will def be back!
Eating my meal with plasticware. I recently went to Logan’s Roadhouse at Hamburg Place. It was the new year 2014 and it appeared that all the prices have been raised again on the menu. It wasn’t that long ago that a petite serloin was serval dollars less in cost than what it is now. Since they raised the price beyond what I wanted to pay, I ordered the clam chouder soup and salad. I was bought my soup with a plastic spoon. When I asked the waitress if I couldn’t have a real soup spoon, she said she had looked everywhere and couldn’t find any. My soup and small salad and a drink came to over $12. They now charge $2.49 for a glass of ice tea that cost them about a penny. As I left the restaurant, the manager asked me how it was, I told him to be sure to go buy some soup spoons since there are none. I don’t think I will be back there until I get over the prices and service issues.
Not a bad chain steakhouse…. The original Roadies on a fresh roll are pretty decent except the burger looks like (and is the size of) a sausage patty. Overall good flavor but the large size of yeast roll sorta overpowers it. Good salads, sirloin steaks are simple and good.
Food and service were great!. Had the pepperjack bbq burger. The burger was well done but not so dried out like so many places do and the toppings were fresh. I give the burger an A. The service provided by Kayley was outstanding. I give the service an A+.
This place sucks! I would rather eat at McDonalds. I ordered a hamburger and they brought it out on one of their dinner yeast rolls. Really? U cant buy a bun? Lol my mother ordered the southwest bbq chicken. It was supposed to have tomatos and melted pepper jack. It had shredded cheddar and some salad tomatos on it. I dont know how they stay open.
