Good, but there is room for improvement, in our opinion, especially with regard to the sauces (original, sweet and white) and the salt and pepper fries. As strange as this sounds, the sauces tasted as if they were all missing a few ingredients (like they weren’t quite finished), and as a side, the fries fizzled (after a few, you just taste pepper). However, the burnt ends sandwich was extremely tasty (caramelized, charred, sticky exterior; juicy interior), as were the house-made BBQ chips and the made from scratch potato salad (celery, scallions, red potatoes). Other items to note: Pleasant service; fairly average pulled chicken; not so sweet, sweet tea; also, it would be nice to have some pickles and onions, either served with the sandwiches or offered next to the sauces.
