+ Good sandwiches and potatoes (I recommend the Spicy Southwest Chicken Griller sandwich and Spud Max potato)+ Nice location (can see corner activity, and beside Graeter’s!)+ Good sweet teaTIP #1: Parking is in the garage to the right of Graeter’sTIP #2: The Pick 2 is a great deal. You get a whole potato if you choose a potato, as the regular potato order is actually 2 potatoes!
Amazing atmosphere, great food, their staff is so friendly. The place is very clean. Kid friendly. I just loved the huge salad. My husband enjoyed the big nasty it was huge. The free cookie the manager gave my kids made their day. She was a pleasure to watch play with my sons. Great experience there
The easiest way to descibe McAlister’s Deli is that it’s like Panera Bread but has baked potatoes on the menu. They have a few less salad selections than Panera but the number of sandwich selections is greater. I did enjoy the roast beef and the baked potato with bacon and cheese. I really like this format, where you order at the counter and pick up your meal, because the service is faster. Overall, I plan to return to McAlister’s Deli often.

Usually has decent food and service. Just picked up a ToGo order for family, only to get home and have problems. The plain sandwich I ordered for my daughter (emphasizing plain), came with mustard all over it and everything else. Wrong chips, and a teaspoon of guacamole with my chips (normally we get a nice amount). When we called to let them know, we asked to rove sandwich. They said they could not, which is a lie. Not happy with service or any offer to rectify the problem.
Exceptional service! Allowed me to sample three different soups so that I could make the proper selection! 🙂 Great experience!
