Worst food I have ever eaten. We had a group of 12 people gather for a birthday party at the Brannon Crossing location on Sunday. I thought maybe my food was not so tasty but later discovered that everyone’s food was not at all pleasing. I will not be returning to this or any of these restaurants. I would not give a good recommendation.
Good Fresh Mexican. The food is good and fresh, however, the lunch portions are really small. My biggest complaint is that the place is usually freezing cold so take a coat or sweater even in summer.
Great for a Mexican food fix… The atmosphere is pretty chaotic, but the food is good to great and very reasonable. They have a small, healthy choice menu with a stellar ceviche…good enough that I get cravings for it! Not a place for an intimate evening, but fine if you want a quick meal and a lot of food!
Good spot for lunch…. Celebrated a birthday. Good luncheon fajitas, burrito de carne, and chimi. Good prices and most of all the birthday girl enjoyed her Margarita and birthday shot.Looking forward to returning for dinner some time.
Fresh and reasonable. My family had a fine dinner here. All of the items were fresh, the children left happy, Daddy had a much-needed very large Negra Modelo beer, Mommy was able to get a lunch out of the leftovers from her chicken mole, and the whole family of 4 had a complete sit-down meal for under $35. Not bad at all. Place is a little loud, but the server was very attentive and the boys loved him. This is well-executed no-nonsense Mexican fare. The only thing that was disappointing were the rather lame chile rellenos. Not much flavor, and almost no filling at all. I’d give it an 85 out of 100, though, and that ain’t bad. We’ll be back.
Wow! I have no idea why this place has such a good rating. The food is bland. The service is terrible. The menu is overpriced. Nothing about this place is good. Even the margaritas are bad: just sour mix with a splash of tequila. Mi pequena is neither Authentic Mexican nor true Tex Mex. It has no identity or redeeming qualities. Never waste your time or money!
Our Mexican Staple. I didn’t grow up eating Mexican at all, however my wife did and this is the one place in town that I will go to for a little south of the boarder action anytime she wants. Its a little bit loud, but the service is always friendly and the food is more than worth it. Shrimp chimichanga in queso blanco? Yes, please, and thank you!
