I enjoy Newk’s. The food is good – especially the Mac and cheese – they have really good tea, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Plus I love the little bread sticks. Will return.
Pretty sweet place for lunch!Went here with my siblings here a few times, and everything looked amazing.The atmosphere is also very lively and bright coloured.The salads and the sandwiches are amazing, and the macaroni and cheese is to die for.Everything is great quality taste and neatly put together. It’s almost shameful to want to eat it because it looks so well made. They had a lot of additions on a table in the middle of the store, (which I may have helped myself to more than a few of their breadsticks) and even that was nicely organized.Overall a good place, I will be coming back.
Much better than I anticipated. I had the 1/2 shrimp po boy and 1/2 Caesar salad. The sandwich was good, especially with the cocktail sauce which was provided. It seemed house made but I can’t swear to that. Salad was also tasty. Not overly salty. The additions which they provide at the small bar in the middle of the place (pickles, extra croutons, Parmesan, jalapeos) were also nice. Overall, not the greatest ever, but I enjoyed my lunch and will most likely return.
The soup was very good. The sandwich was very good. But….they gave me a water cup only slightly bigger than a bathroom cup. They had a beautiful dispenser for water. Apparently they hate refilling it.
