I ordered a chicken salad and asked for a different type of dressing than what came with it. To my suprise they toss the salad in the dressing and completely saturate it. The ranch that I asked for and that they use is hideous ,water and lacking of any flavor that could be associated with ranch. Be warned to ask for dressing on the side
Was decent enough but difficult to find something on their menu. A lot of their items are sorta similar. The tomato basil soup was very acid. Mac and cheese was average. Dining partner said the spaghetti and meatballs were good.

It has problems. Messed up my entree not once but twice. That said, when I finally got my food it was pretty good though.
Terrible service. I lived in Colorado for years where the Noodles chain started and the Lexington store is the worst that I have ever seen. I had to pick vegetables that I did not order. The chicken was forgotten into sons order and no less than four staff members ignored me while I waited at the counter. My daughters spaghetti had vegetables she did not request in her food as well. Poor service and poorly managed.
Tasty but a little spendy if you want meat or tofu
Over all, our experience at Noodles and Company was very pleasant. The food was excellent, and the service and portion sizes of food were wonderful. The only thing that we noticed needed attention was the dining room. There isn’t a lot of seating in there anyway, and there weren’t very many tables clean. We will definitely be returning and are very much looking forward to if.
