We went here a few times and the Italian fare was pretty good here. The prices are good. The all you can eat spaghetti and meatballs was a great deal. Also all you can eat salad or soup is pretty cool. This location is pretty clean and we had good service the few times we did come to this location at the mall.

A clean, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, with friendly service and reasonable prices. Some of our favorites include the toasted beef and pork ravioli (appetizer) and the Zeppoli (Italian doughnuts with powdered sugar and chocolate dipping sauce). Although we generally find Olive Garden’s entrees to be lacking (e.g., overcooked pasta; heavy sauces), and we do miss its small plates’ promotion, the breadsticks, house salad and Minestrone soup are consistently satisfying and never disappoint (fyi – the homemade alfredo dipping sauce is extremely tasty). I recently ordered the Ravioli di Portobello, which was pleasantly surprising, however, the creamy smoked cheese sauce overpowered the entire dish. We always seem to visit Olive Garden a few times each year, and typically have enjoyable and positive experiences.
Horrible. Olive Garden has had this big change and it was a favorite of mine for years. Now I will never go back. The food was truly horrible, and the new menu was small with none of the old favorites. Never ever again.
I don’t see why anyone likes this Italian chain. If you want better delicious Italian food I recommend Elvira’s Bella Pasta in Richmond, Kentucky. Now Elvira’s is way better than any Olive Garden because of its home made specialties
Mixed Thoughts. While prices have gone up, portions continue to shrink. Despite this fact I do enjoy the flavor of the food and consider returning. The final straw has been the repeated selective service quality. If I am dressed in jeans, my normal wear, I always get poor service. If dressed to the nines, then it’s about a 50/50 split. I always tip well, even for poor service, so my only option is to quit going there.
Huge disappointment. Tiny portion of lasagna and subbed one meatball in exchange for pasta Alfredo. Then charged two more bucks. 2 Olives in a salad for two and one slice of tomato. Biggest ripoff from a chain that used to be fairly decent.
