Ordered Togo one special mix fried rice and crab fried rice to be picked up later in the day. Special mix was right and the crab fried rice didn’t have one piece of crab in it. And we still had to pay extra for crab. It was still really good but they had time to tell me if they didn’t have crab or something. Just super disappointing that they take advantage of their customers.
Amazing Chicken Pad Thai. And pretty good Tom Yum Goon. Everyone needs a good pad Thai place and this one is mine. Fundamentally sound Thai food folks.
Starting the food with the Thai Ice Tea was a good change. The place serves some delicious Thai food. The service is quick and the food super tasty. Would go to the place again.
Awesome Thai food! Best place in Lexington. Love their Pad se ew very good for a picky eater like myself. Also recommend their great Thai tea and crab Rangoon’s.
8/13/15 – Dropped in for lunch and ordered the benchmark, Chicken Pad Thai. My thought is if a Thai restaurant can’t make CPT, no reason to try anything else.The dish came up pretty quick and looked good–presentation was okay and there was a lot of food on the plate. I like spicy hot, so ordered a 4/5 hot. Here’s the strange thing–the noodles were temperature hot, but the chicken was not. I’d say almost room temperature–and a few pieces were rubbery. A little too much peanut sauce for my liking and the dish wasn’t spicy hot. The Pepsi tasted like it had Gold Peak mixed in with it.I’m giving Planet Thai a 2.0 because I’m not confident the chicken was cooked as it should have been.Overall, not impressed–so far Jasmine Rice has the best CPT in town.A side note: One employee was installing a set of blinds in a window. He was standing in the bench seat barefooted. That didn’t increase my appetite any and my willingness to try them again.
Came here for lunch. Nice lunch menu with a good variety. Very busy at lunch time. Service was slow and rude. Took forever for a server to get our drink order and the food also took a very long time to come out. Even though the service sucks the food was good with very large portions.
Love the curry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the food comes pretty fast and is consistently delicious. Also huge portions!
