Best shrimp pad thai in the city. I knocked a few points off due to the horrible customer service I received during my last visit. So bad, I vowed to never go back. It’s really a shame because I REALLY like their food. Hopefully, they’ve improved.
I went in to pick up a carry out order. The women were very very rude. As I stood there no one acknowledged my existence, not even a we will be right with you. Then they attempted to take care of someone that came up to the desk after me before they took care of me! WTF? I will never go back. In a service industry your business is taking care of people and part of that is making people feel welcome. Forget this place. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants in Lexington.
