Prices went up here at beginning of the year 2017 and What i think was roosters overall best sandwich went off the menu. The rib-eye steak sandwich. Was a regular now I doubt i will go back. The Wings are pretty good here but they need a Cajun flavor. Fries can be really dry and not crispy at times. Also service is slow at times and the place often gets too crowded for its own good.

Horrible service and treatment. Basically if you’re not a loseries regular and you sit at the bar you get ignored while you’re drink sets empty for 30+ minutes and you’re food comes out wrong and it’s not a priority either because it doesn’t get corrected and you still get charged for it. The female bartender I’d more concerned about goofing off with the regulars and gossiping tHan taking care of full paying customers. She left a very bad ta st e in our mouth and it was our 1st ever visit and probably our last!
Worst service ever. On saturday november 15 2014 I took my mother and grand daughter to this resturant. we were seated immediatley which given the crowds was amazing. Once seated we waited over 20 minutes to have our drink order taken and only then we had to stop a waitress to get our waitress. man proceeded to come to our table to inform us that our waitress was helping a large party of hearing impaired customers. ok they were right beside us and they could read his lips. another couple came in after us and got their drinks and appitizers before we got our drinks. once they took our order for drinks and appitizers they finally brought them with no silverware or plates. after we had eaten our appitizers we got the plates and silverware. the food came and was descent but no other service was afforded to us. the waitress brought our bills and being as how we had never been there we werent to sure if we left the money on table or not so we took the bill up to the registers. the girl there was rude and informed me that i was to take it back to the table. i informed her that this was the worst experience and if they wanted the money she would take it. she then had the nerve to ask if i left a tip. i will tell everyone i know how the terrible service ruined another eating experience
Roosters De not. Potato skins mushy chicken soggy and the sauce ran away!!!, chicken taste like wood. Definitely not the Soulful Ohiio’ s Roosters!,will not be back My son warned me not to go. Flavorless
Come to Versailles!!!!. My family loves Rooster’s. We visit at least once a week. Their boneless Wings are off the Chart. The service and price is also top notch. You have a Customer for life!! Thanks!!
