Just your typical Chinese buffet. Like all other Chinese buffets you have to think about your health before you ingest any thing from this place. I honestly believe I would eat gas station sushi before eating sushi from here. The sushi has definitely been left out for at least half of the day, which is obvious because of the brown tinge that every piece has. The normal Chinese dishes seem safe though they had some sort of brown fermented hard boils eggs that made me cringe. Other than those things the hibachi was pretty good and for the price ($10 per person) you really can’t beat it. Just steer clear of the sushi and strange Chinese dishes. If you want some general Tso’s chicken fried rice and ice cream it’s not to bad of a place to eat
Nasty. The only thing good about this place is the hibachi. the rest of the food is disgusting. general tso recipe is definitely not right and the quality of chicken is horrible. ive been here twice, one on a busy friday night and another on a wednesday afternoon. food was horrible both times. had good service the first time but the second time i had to basically beg for someone to take my plates away and give me one refill.
This place just seems gross as soon as you walk in. Near the front door it smells like a kitty litter box that needs to be cleaned. The lady at the front treated us like criminals while we were paying to even walk into the restaurant. The stir fry guy was nice, but really soft spoken. The food doesn’t taste bad, but the sashimi tastes like its old, and their trays of sushi look like they have been sitting out for at least an hour. Not coming back.
Not Coming Back Ever Again. This place used to be so good…Now it’s the exact opposite. The place probably hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The floor is all greasy. We found a fly in our food, and guess what the waitress did? She took the fly out of the food and gave the food back to us. Seriously?!?
Was a favorite of mine…. This place, when it opened, immediately became my favorite Chinese buffet in Lexington. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and prompt at getting dirty plates off your table and kept your drinks topped off. Easily a 5 star rating. It’s been a few months since I have eaten here, so my girlfriend and I decided to eat here for dinner. I can say we made the wrong choice today. Walking in, I noticed they got a 94 on their most recent health inspection. Not horrible, but definitely not good either. Also, they had wet floor signs set up. Since it was raining, I figured it was true the floors would be wet and slick. Problem is, the floors were dry, but were definitely slick. You could tell it was from grease/oil and not from water as you could see where other people had slid and could make out shoe prints. They have not mopped their floors recently evidently! The food was lackluster as well. Edible, but definitely not up to my expectations based on previous experiences here. The worst part of our visit today was by far the service. We walked up to the counter (you have to pay first here) and had to wait about five minutes before a waiter went to get someone to wait on us at the register. No apology offered. For drinks we ordered a Pepsi and a Dr. Pepper. We got two Pepsi. With the glasses 3/4 full of ice, we ran out of drink quickly. We didn’t see the waiter for the next 20 minutes or so. Finally, when were about to leave is when he decided to check on us. Not good service at all today.Overall I’m now very disappointed in what was once my favorite Chinese buffet in town. I will not be visiting Supreme again any time soon.
It’s an under recognized miracle that this is both the cheapest Chinese buffet in town and also manages to be the tastiest.
Great new twist on Chinese Buffet. I really liked it, lunch buffet, now note I am not a big fan of buffet eating due to over eating, but if you can control your portion sizes you will love it, different options…salad bar, sushi bar, creat your own dish & they cook it up for you like a pasta bar, old school favorites, desserts and of course the kid friendly options. Nice roomy interior and ample seating and room between tables. very nice, not your ordinary Chinese buffet!
