I had always driven by this restaurant and said I will eat there soon. It took two years but I finally went. I ordered tamagotchi and three sushi rolls. Everything was better than the next. I think I have found my new favorite soosh joint in Lexington. Service was a tad slow but the food made up for it. I will be back.
We were very impressed with Sushi Blue, its creative sushi menu, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. I ordered the Philadelphia Roll (smoked salmon, avo and cream cheese), the Las Vegas Roll (salmon, mozzarella cheese and crab salad; deep fried), and the KY Derby Roll (chicken tempura, cream cheese, asparagus and crab salad); these sushi rolls consisted of quality ingredients and were beautifully plated. My wife ordered the shrimp tempura (fresh shrimp, and perfectly breaded and fried).We will certainly be returning!
