Like a non-performing stock… I am downgrading Friday’s in general. First of all, a $13+ burger at this type of place??? Don’t think so! Overall their food has gone up in price which in my opinion makes it over-the-top price wise. Fries under cooked and soggy. average french onion soup and below average chicken wings. Poor texture and flavor. Three chicken tenders and same soggy fries on other plate.June 2015 ReviewI like the TGI Friday’s concept. The Jack Daniels products are good. I generally get the sauce on the side to keep from getting overpowering. Decent for a chain.

Absolutely horrid. Worst food I believe I’ve ever had from any restaurant, my college roommates and I decided to head out for a nice dinner – this was NOT the place we should have went, we couldn’t even finish our food it was so terrible. I can assure you, we WONT be coming back, ever. We went late at night, so the service was fine – but the food was just awful. The BBQ wings tasted like they were made days ago and were warmed up in the microwave, the potato skins were disgusting (very very greasy, my roommate and I absolutely detested them) and the mozzarella sticks had the worst breading i have ever tasted. Though we had a fun night, the food was terrible enough to ruin it. Thanks for nothing!!!!
Terrible Management. My Server was smelling like alcohol. He was extremely rude, waited 15mins on getting my drinks, My order for my food was wrong. Manager came like he didn’t care about taking care of the customers.
Horrible service. Waited twenty minutes for a menu, never got napkins or silverware…(soft drink glass, after waiting 35 minutes for it) was caked in some mysterious GREASE…had to wash my hands and bring back hand towels from the restroom (which had no soap) to hold the glass. Food was served after an HOUR…no refills given. Chicken tenders barely cooked, cold inside, french onion soup was cold, a blob of sticky cheese floating on top of soggy bread. Waitress stood at kiosk and ignored all the customers in her station…with several getting up and taking silverware from other empty tables. Complained 20 minutes in…no offer of discount or refund for our time and the bad service.
Not so great. Jack Daniels burger served with undercooked bacon, stale bun that fell apart, a real mess. Hostess looked at me like I was from another planet. Not friendly. Made me wait for a table to be cleaned when I could see at least 12 empty table. Overpriced
Nasty. Poor service. Mediocre food. Plenty of places better than tgifriday
