Love, love, LOVE this place. I have never been disappointed when eating in or delivery (and I eat it a LOT). They don’t bend over backwards while serving you, more of getting straight to the point, no hovering, which I absolutely adore. If you have any questions, they answer quickly and efficiently. I’ve always had great food from there, never undercooked or overcooked. I absolutely LOVE this place.
Poor Service. I recently ordered chow mein from Wah Mei and got home to find I had received chicken with vegetables. No noodles. No sauce. Chicken and veggies. I called the restaurant back to see if I could get the correct meal. Someone answered the phone and I explained the situation. She simply told me to hold on. She then put me on the phone with someone who spoke little English. This woman told me that I was confused and didn’t know what chow mein was, despite the fact that I have been ordering chow mein for years. They continued to insist that I didn’t know what I ordered and would not fix my meal or give me my money back. I’ve eaten there for years, but will never go back again.
I love it!! Been going there since I’ve moved here from New England. I do take out more than dine even though I have once or twice. Very nice the sweet and sour chicken is the BEST!!!!
Bad service. So I tried ordering there recently and I had to call three times before anyone would answer. When I finally got a hold of someone he rushed me to make up my mind. Thirdly when he said my order would have to be over 15$ to deliver I said never mind , because I knew I would also have to pay a delivery charge, and he just hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. Don’t have to worry about me going there again.
Decent food, terrible atmosphere, take out would be my recommendation.

Horrible service! Had a delivery that first they tried to charge me twice what was quoted on the phone. Then it wasn’t the right thing. Called to tell them. Phone rang for several minutes before being answered. When I told the lady what happened she hung up. So I went there with the food I had been given. She called delivery guy trying to have him bring me the correct food. No offer of fresh food. I said forget it. Just give me my money.
