Dippin’ dots is AMAZING! Their customer service is above anywhere else. Always a smile on the managers face. The ice cream is delicious. I learned from the awesome staff that its actually made an invented in Kentucky!!If you’re at the Florence Mall, don’t let yourself leave without trying some of this out of this world ice cream! You can’t imagine what you’re missing.
I always take my daughters here when we come to the mall, and they absolutely love it! It’s a fun different way to enjoy ice cream, and the customer service we receive here is always exceptional. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
