Terrible terrible service. Ordered delivery around 2:15 told them I was located in the mall and gave them the address and also the company name. I work in retail so there are times that I cannot answer my phone. Well, they decided that I took too long to call back and yelled at me for not answering. They said I did not tell them that I was located in the mall and that they have cancelled my order and the owner (who is also the driver who can barely speak english) yelled at me and hung up the phone. I call the store and all they could say was sorry. Nothing else was done to make the situation right. When all they could have done is looked up the address and would have seen that it was the malls address. Dumb and very rude. Will never order from them again and will tell everyone about this situation. Very poor customer service.
