No to the Greek salad. The pizza is very flavorful and we order from grammas every time we visit the area. I would suggest ordering from them. The Greek salad is way overpriced at almost $6 for the small size when its served on iceberg lettuce I find it misleading to call it a Greek salad! Otherwise the food is delicious! Hope you try it and enjoy it as much as my family has!
We like it. We eat only Grammas pizza. The flavor of the sauce is outstanding. Great for birthday parties. We most often order and take it home. Some of the servers are less than friendly but the food makes up for it.
This Place is a Joke and a Rip Off. Do not waste your time and hard earned money here. The menu says one thing and you get another that is not even of the same quality. They will over charge you. The manager Guss is a jerk that likes belittling the people of Clermont County where the business is located.
Food. The wait was extremely long for just a medium pizza and 2 philly sandwiches I ordered. Multiple people got their food before I did and I had I to ask a second time for mine. That bring the pizza is good.
Not comming back. Not a very good experience. Long wait and NOT very friendly staff. The food is mediocre and not very good. You have other choices……..
Horrible Service. We ordered Gramma’s Pizza for my son’s 4th birthday party but never got our order. I was worried about it being a smaller pizza company and them messing up but I still decided to go with them, I should have followed my instincts and gone with a a different pizza company. I called twice the day before we needed the pizza, once to confirm they could do the order and another to place the order, I talked to the manager, Brad, who took my order and reassured me that he would be at the restaurant all day and guaranteed they would get our large order taken care of and to our house on time. With a house full of hungry guest I called Gramma’s 15 minutes after I asked for the pizza to be delivered only to find out that not only was my order not on its way it wasn’t even prepared yet. The best part was Brad the same person who guaranteed me my order would be ready and on time didn’t even get on the phone to apologize until I demanded to talk to him, what a manager. There is a Papa John’s just a couple blocks down that had a large order prepared and delivered to us within 30 minutes. If you enjoy quality food and good service DO NOT eat at Gramma’s Pizza in Florence.
Awesome. I have eaten there too many times to count. Service is a little lack luster but the pizza ans pastas are awesome. I don’t know where they get their cheese but, it is the best I have ever had. Hubby and I have become regulars.
