We stop to eat here when are on our way to the Smoky Mtns from Ohio. Food is very good , fresh & you get alot for the $$. Just found out the are opening one in Cleveland . Can’t wait!!
If you like chipotle you won’t like hotheads because you have no taste buds chipote dosnt even use any chipotle in anything they serve and is vary bland compared to hotheads but don’t stop going to chipotle it just shows your an Idiet.
More options, better customer service. This burrito joint has many more options than the competition including sauces, queso. The HOT HEAD signature sauce rocks. Exceptional customer service compared to other burrito places. NO BLANK STARES
This is not a good place to eat. The prices are high for poor quality food. I don’t mind to pay more for Moe’s or chipotle because the food.is delicious. However, hot head charges the same price and is.no where near as good.
DONT EAT HOT HEADS. The person who said if you like Chipotle you will like hot heads must not like Chipotle. Hot Heads cannot even compare to Chipotle. Their foods is gross, and for the price they dont even give you full servings. The chips are nasty and if you get a side of salsa or cheese (which is gross) its a tiny amount. What a rip off. We ordered the child size nacho’s with cheese only and we had to ask her to put enought to cover the top layer of chips and she said that was all she was allowed to put on there.. WOW that isnt customer service. Their meat is GROSS.. Worst place I have ever eaten.
Not specifically about the food…… I haven’t eaten here. I didn’t get the chance. I was traveling to West Chester 2 Saturdays ago and a Hot Head Burrito logoed truck got mad at me for driving too slow and decided to punish me by passing my and nearly wrecking into my truck. Had I not slammed on the brakes I would have had an accident.Not a smart move in a truck with your business logo on it. I will NEVER go here simply for that reason. Just wanted others to know.
If you like Chipotle you will like this place. Pretty much the same with some twists. No barbacoa here but they do have spicy steak and chicken if the mood suits you. Peppers and onions are a bit extra but not much and you can get hot sauces on top of the salsa and everything else. I had the second hottest Habanero sauce that was quite good. They also have 2 for 10 on Sundays which is a pretty good deal.
